Q: Do you have your website items in store?
A: Yes we do! Everything that you see on our website that is in stock / available for purchase can also be found in our brick and mortar store located at: 5444 Transit Road, Depew, NY 14043. This store address is our only location.
Q: Why can I not add more of an item to my cart?
A: If our website stops you from adding more of an item to your cart, that simply means that we do not have any more in stock. If you need a larger quantity of something, please contact us and we can try and order more for you. Please note that a lot of seasonal items may no longer be available through our manufacturers as items are discontinued from year to year.
Q: Are the dimensions of items on your website 100% accurate?
A: We try to be! Typically, we take the information from our manufacturers in regards to sizing or hand measure items ourselves depending on the product.
This may not always be 100% accurate for our grommet style flags (sizes such as 2x3', 3x5', 4x6', etc.) as each one is typically cut and manufactured to an approximate sizing scale. Due to the sewing process for these grommet style flags, they may be a few inches off of the true size. This is not something that we have control over. We do not sell any government specification style flags at this time.
Other items such as decorative garden flags, decorative banner flags, and decor are typically hand measured by us here at Ace Flag or by the manufacturers. This sizing is usually within 0.5" or less margin of error. Please refer to the item descriptions for measurements, as we will often add the words "roughly" or "approximately" to avoid any confusion.
Q: Are all your products USA made?
A: Unfortunately, not every single product on our website is American made. Please check the item description of the item that you are curious about to figure out if the product is imported or made in the USA. Some things from us that are ALWAYS made 100% in the US from FMAA certified manufacturers are as follows: nylon American flags, polyester American flags, American stick flags, and official military branch flags.
Q: When do you have sales and discounts?
